		<description>I&#039;m at a similar place weighing 240, having actually done the following: squatting 350x3, pressing 205x1, and deadlifting 405x1, pretty weak numbers.  I have seen Jim&#039;s article on what&#039;s considered strong, but what&#039;s considered awesome when conditioning is part of the equation?  How do you find that happy medium?</description>
