This is absolutely hilarious.
I had a goal of doing this before my son’s birthday and I just barely squeezed it in. I was a little tired today due to lack of sleep but did my usual pre-training ritual; held my hand over a flame for as long as I could. Better than caffeine.
Close Grip Bench Press - worked up to 405×1
Weighted Chins (between all sets and then some) – 7 sets of 5 reps
Sometimes I get asked if doing back work (chins/rows) between my pressing sets makes the barbell lifts harder. Or if it impedes my ability. I’m sure it would if I was weak of mind.
