N.O.V. Black Metal Long Sleeve

Pick 2-3 things in your life that challenge you and make you a better person; make those things a habit. When you find yourself NOT having time for them, you know for a fact that your time and energy is being wasted.  One of my things is playing music everyday.  Music may not be for everyone, but it inspired many of my program and article titles.  It also inspired this shirt.
