I just did this podcast last Thursday while I was in Texas. I spent the entire week in a hotel in Arlington playing video games, eating In-and-Out Burgers, and doing morning WALRUS work. My oldest son lives in Texas and instead of him coming out to Ohio for the summer, I traveled out to him. He has football stuff and I didn't want him to miss anything.
In this episode of Mark Bell's Power Podcast, there's tons of info on coaching athletes and training kids - and lots of stuff about mindset. If you want Done-For-You obvious training information it won't be your favorite episode but there is always applicable information for different goals when you apply concepts. If you want Done-For-You Programming or advanced long term programming for your specific goals, just get the books. It's all there. You definitely need to start with the 5/3/1 Second Edition. After that your goals decide what book is next. 5/3/1 Forever is the most advanced programming book but make sure you have your base knowledge first.
