Returns & Exchanges
We value every purchase made from the 5/3/1 Store and want to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
Physical Products
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Paperback books must be unread and show no signs of use.
- Apparel, hats, and gear must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
Before mailing anything back, please have your order number ready and email wendlerstore@gmail.com. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an unwanted item, an incorrect size, or an accidental purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable in these situations.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. We will cover the appropriate shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
eBooks
Downloaded eBooks are not refundable because access to the digital content cannot be reversed.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong eBook or buy a duplicate, do not download it. Contact us at wendlerstore@gmail.com. If the file has not been downloaded, we can revoke access and issue a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process it and post it to your account. Processing times vary by financial institution.
