Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Physical orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, severe-weather closures, or unusually busy periods.

Shipping Within the United States

Book orders shipped within the United States qualify for free shipping.

Domestic customers may also be offered multiple shipping methods at checkout. Available options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable charges are displayed before the order is completed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Available international shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout when service is available for the destination.

If your country or location is not offered automatically at checkout, please email wendlerstore@gmail.com before placing your order. We will let you know whether shipping can be arranged.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge collected by the 5/3/1 Store.

Tracking

A shipping-confirmation email with tracking information is sent after an order ships.

For international orders, tracking may not continue after the package leaves the United States unless Priority shipping is selected. Customers who require continued international tracking should choose a Priority shipping option when available.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after order processing and are provided by the carrier. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
