Coaching is much like being a dog owner.  Many times, the dog and the owner look and act the same.  It can be creepy sometimes.

Be wary of who your coaches are.  Are they a representation of what you want to be? Do they carry themselves physically, emotionally and socially with confidence? Are their actions and thoughts something you aspire to be?

And coaches, remember that who you are will reflect in your players. If you act, think and portray yourself as an undisciplined slob don't be surprised when your players mirror these traits.
