N.O.V. Blackout Shirt
This year's NOV(ember) Challenge:
- Choose one barbell lift, weight is up to you.
- Choose any body weight exercise.
Perform as many reps with both exercises in 20 minutes. Some examples:
- Bench Press and Chin-ups
- Squats and Dips
- Deadlift and Push-ups
- Press and Ab Wheel
The good thing is that this challenge will fit into most 5/3/1 training programs and unless you are training for a meet or for a sporting event, anyone can do this. This challenge is from the Forum as well as other previous challenges and awesome people who are tired of online idiocy.
